Request to Delete Your Data
If you used Facebook Login to access PURRPETAL and would like us to delete your account and any personal data associated with it, you can submit a deletion request by email.
Send your request from the email address associated with your account and use the subject line “Delete My Data”.
Email our support team at support@purrpetal.com.
What Happens Next
We may ask you to verify that you own the account before deleting its associated information.
We will review and process your request within 7 business days. Once completed, we will send a confirmation to your email address.
Certain information may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or regulatory purposes.
